Dallas, TX – November 30, 2015 – Petty & Associates, PLLC is pleased to announce James Vincent has joined the firm as an “of counsel” attorney. James joins Petty & Associates after managing his own firm, Vincent Immigration Law. He brings substantial experience to the firm after serving as an Assistant Chief Counsel for the U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement and a federal immigration prosecutor.
James is a graduate of Drake University School of Law in Des Moines, Iowa. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas as well as federal district courts in Iowa and Texas and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
