Dallas, TX - August 4, 2015 - Petty & Associates, PLLC is pleased to announce Jessie Schreier has joined the firm as an associate immigration attorney as of July 2015. Jessie joins Petty & Associates after a stint with the Milwaukee, Wisconsin based immigration firm, Hochstatter, McCarthy, Rivas, & Rundle, S.C. Jessie is a 2013 graduate of Marquette University Law School and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Jessie brings a long-standing dedication to pro bono work and the advancement of immigrant communities, having worked in the past for Catholic Charities Legal Services, the Hunger Task Force, and the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic. Jessie has also been recognized by both the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the U.S. Department of State for her pro bono and community work.
Jessie is based in the firm's Dallas office and focuses her practice on deportation defense, consular processing, fiancee petitions and adjustment of status. She will also manage cases originating with the firm's offices in Bogota and Medellin.
